i like foxy. she used to always be pushin' her range rover through my old 'hood, park slope. anyway one day when I was coming home from turntable class hunched over from the weight of the records in my triple five soul dj bag and I passed the local Taqueria I looked up to see her in a weave much longer than the one pictured (she's from BK what more can I say) poly'ing with her girl. She looked at me smiled acknowledging (I imagine) a fellow woman in the hip hop struggle, then she continued her convo. ever since then I have been a fan. obviously I'm frequently star struck although closeted. The same thing happened with former bad bad bad bad boy Mase in ATL and Jigga my Nigga at the Theatre at Madison Square Garden but those stories are for another time and place.
Goodness gracious girl... you're still up to the same old thing.

@jalylah: i like foxy, too. i own the firm album and e'rything. it was just the only rumor i could come up with in a crunch.
@solitaire: star jones will be back this week.
@rob: the music had to go b/c my page was loading mad slow. plus, the player i was using made it difficult for mac users. i think my music lives on on the blogs of other folks. their musical selections are way doper than mine.
as for the template, it's all blogger. i don't know much about html, so i just keep it simple.
@saf: she could become the world's first recognizable def rapper, though. iono.

I ditched the music for the same reason. You know, I believe you were the one who originally taught me how to do that (and I revive it for special occasions). It's too bad it clogs load times (I didn't know about the Mac issue)...I thought it was a great feature.
At any rate, the blog looks great!
